通心络胶囊在老年慢性心力衰竭患者中的效果

摘　　要：目的:探究通心络胶囊在老年慢性心力衰竭患者中的效果。方法:选择2020年5月—2022年9月福建中医药大学附属第三人民医院收治的86例老年慢性心力衰竭患者。根据随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组进行常规慢性心力衰竭治疗,观察组则在对照组的基础上加用通心络胶囊进行治疗。比较两组的治疗总有效率、治疗前后的症状体征评分、生存质量[明尼苏达州心功能不全生命质量量表(MLHFQ)评分]及无创心排量指标[全心射血分数(GEF)、每搏量(SV)及心指数(CI)]。结果:观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的症状体征评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3个月、6个月后,两组胸闷、心悸、气短及乏力评分均显著低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组MLHFQ评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3个月、6个月后,两组MLHFQ评分显著低于治疗前,且观察组MLHFQ各项评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组无创心排量指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3个月、6个月后,两组GEF、SV、CI均显著高于治疗前,且观察组上述指标均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通心络胶囊在老年慢性心力衰竭患者中的应用效果较好,且可显著改善患者的生存质量及无创心排量。Objective:To explore the effect of Tongxinluo Capsules in elderly patients with chronic heart failure.Method:A total of 86 elderly patients with chronic heart failure were selected from the Third Affiliated People's Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2020 to September 2022.According to random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received conventional chronic heart failure treatment,and the observation group received Tongxinluo Capsules on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate,symptom and sign scores,quality of life[Minnesota living with heart fairlure questionnaire(MLHFQ)score]and non-invasive cardiac displacement indexes[global ejection fraction(GEF),stroke volume(SV)and cardiac index(CI)]before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in symptom and sign scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 months and 6 months of treatment,the scores of chest tightness,palpitation,shortness of breath and fatigue in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in MLHFQ scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 months and 6 months of treatment,MLHFQ scores in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the MLHFQ scores in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in noninvasive cardiac displacement between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 months and 6 months of treatment,GEF,
