摘　　要：目的:探讨循证护理对癌性疼痛患者心理痛苦和生活质量的影响。方法:选取2021年10月—2022年4月于福建医科大学附属协和医院就诊的116例癌性疼痛患者作为研究对象。按信封随机法将患者分为对照组和试验组,各58例。对照组施行基础护理,试验组在对照组基础上施行循证护理。比较两组心理痛苦程度、疼痛情况、心理痛苦得分及生活质量得分。结果:试验组心理痛苦程度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组数字评定量表(NRS)得分及身体活动受限、疼痛、进食、疲乏得分低于护理前,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组角色功能、躯体功能、情绪功能与认知功能得分高于护理前,且试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在癌性疼痛的护理中,循证护理应用效果显著,有助于减轻患者心理痛苦,促进生活质量改善。Objective:To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing on psychological pain and quality of life in patients with cancerous pain.Method:From October 2021 to April 2022,116 patients with cancerous pain who treated in Fujian Medical University Union Hospital were selected as the study subjects,the patients were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the envelope random method,58 cases in each group.The control group was given basic nursing,and the experimental group was given evidence-based nursing on the basis of the control group.The degree of psychological pain,pain,psychological pain score and quality of life score were compared between two groups.Result:The degree of psychological pain in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of numerical rating scale(NRS),physical activity limitation,pain,eating and fatigue in two groups were lower than those before nursing,and which in the experimental group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of role function,body function,emotion function and cognitive function in two groups were higher than those before nursing,and which in the experimental group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the nursing of cancerous pain,the application effect of evidence-based nursing is significant,which helps to alleviate the psychological pain of patients and promote the improvement of quality of life.
