摘　　要：目的:观察Multiloc多维锁定肱骨髓内钉治疗肱骨近端骨折患者的效果。方法:选取2021年5月—2022年10月无锡市中医医院收治的62例肱骨近端骨折患者为研究对象。根据区组随机化分组法将其分为对照组和观察组,各31例。对照组给予传统切开复位钢板内固定治疗,观察组给予Multiloc多维锁定肱骨髓内钉治疗。比较两组围手术期指标,术后恢复情况,术前、术后1个月肩关节功能。结果:观察组手术时间及住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组复健锻炼开始时间、骨折愈合时间均早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1个月,两组基本情况、肩关节活动情况及总分均高于术前,观察组基本情况、肩关节活动情况及总分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Multiloc多维锁定肱骨髓内钉与传统切开复位钢板内固定治疗肱骨近端骨折相比,前者手术时间更短,术中出血量更少,更有利于患者术后复健锻炼,同时还能加快患者肩关节功能恢复,促进骨折愈合。Objective:To observe the effect of Multiloc multi-dimensional locking humeral intramedullary nail in the treatment of patients with proximal humeral fractures.Method:Sixty-two patients with proximal humeral fractures admitted to Wuxi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from May 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to block randomization grouping method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional open reduction plate internal fixation,and the observation group was treated with Multiloc multi-dimensional locking humeral intramedullary nail.The perioperative indexes,postoperative recovery condition and shoulder joint function before and one month after operation were compared between the two groups.Result:The operation time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the amount of intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).The beginning time of rehabilitation exercise and the healing time of fracture in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).One month after operation,the basic condition,shoulder joint activity condition and total score of the two groups were higher than those before operation,and the basic condition,shoulder joint activity condition and total score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with traditional open reduction plate internal fixation in the treatment of proximal humeral fractures,Multiloc multi-dimensional locking humeral intramedullary nail has shorter operation time and less intraoperative bleeding volume,which is more conducive to postoperat
