摘　　要：目的:探究护理程序导向下全方位护理对无痛胃肠镜检查患者心理负担及检查相关指标的影响。方法:选择2022年1—8月厦门大学附属翔安医院消化内科收治的80例接受无痛胃肠镜检查的患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将患者分为观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=40),对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用护理程序导向下全方位护理干预。比较两组心理负担情况(焦虑和抑郁心理)、检查相关指标(检查时间及不良事件发生情况)及检查后并发症发生情况。结果:检查前5 min,两组焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)评分均较确定检查后下降,且观察组SAS评分、SDS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组检查时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);检查期间观察组呛咳、呼吸抑制的发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组均未出现窒息。观察组术后并发症发生率为22.5%,低于对照组的65.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理程序导向下全方位护理有助于缓解无痛胃肠镜检查患者检查前心理负担,缩短检查时间,降低检查期间不良事件及检查后并发症发生率。Objective:To explore the influence of comprehensive nursing under the guidance of nursing procedure on psychological burden and examination related indexes of patients undergoing painless gastroenteroscopy.Method:A total of 80 patients undergoing painless gastroenteroscopy admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology,Xiang’an Hospital of Xiamen University from January to August 2022 were selected as the study objects,they were divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40)by random number table method.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing under the guidance of nursing procedure intervention.The psychological burden(anxiety and depression)of the two groups were compared,related indexes(examination time and occurrence of adverse events)and complications after examination of the two groups were compared.Result:At 5 minutes before the examination,the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score and self-rating depression scale(SDS)score of both groups were decreased compared with those after the examination,and the SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The examination time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of cough and respiratory depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and no asphyxia occurred in both groups.The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 22.5%,lower than 65.0%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing under the guidance of nursing procedure can help alleviate the psychological burden of patients with painless gastroenteroscopy before examination,shorten the examination time,and reduce the incidence of adverse event
