摘　　要：目的:评价注射用人生长激素对特发性中枢性性早熟女童生长发育指标和性激素指标的影响。方法:回顾性分析2018年1月—2019年6月莆田市妇幼保健院儿童保健科收治的75例特发性中枢性性早熟女童的资料。根据不同治疗方法将其分为对照组(37例)及研究组(38例)。对照组给予注射用醋酸亮丙瑞林缓释微球,研究组在对照组基础上给予注射用人生长激素。比较两组生长发育指标,治疗前、治疗1年后性激素指标及不良反应。结果:研究组预测成年身高、身高差均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1年后,两组雌二醇(E_(2))、黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平均降低,研究组FSH、LH、E_(2)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对于特发性中枢性性早熟女童,注射用人生长激素可提升预测成年身高,有效降低患者性激素水平,对骨龄无影响,且不增加不良反应。Objective:To evaluate the effects of Human Growth Hormone for Injection on growth and development indexes sex hormone indexes of idiopathic central sexual precocity girls.Method:The data of 75 idiopathic central sexual precocity girls admitted to the Child Health Care Department of Putian Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group(37 cases)and study group(38 cases).The control group was given Leuprorelin Acetate Microspheres Sustained Release For Injection,and the study group was given Human Growth Hormone for Injection on the basis of the control group.Growth and development indexes,sex hormone indexes before treatment and after 1 year of treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The predicted adult height and height difference in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 year of treatment,the levels of estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH)and follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)were decreased in both groups,and the levels of FSH,LH and E2 in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:For idiopathic central sexual precocity girls,Human Growth Hormone for Injection can improve the predicted adult height,effectively reduce the level of sex hormone in patients,and has no effect on bone age,and does not increase adverse reactions.
