经脐入路腹膜外腹腔镜手术治疗小儿腹股沟疝的效果

摘　　要：目的:研究经脐入路腹膜外腹腔镜手术治疗小儿腹股沟疝的效果。方法:选取2022年1—12月南通大学附属常州儿童医院收治的106例腹股沟疝患儿为研究对象。根据随机数表法将其分为对照组(63例)和研究组(43例)。对照组给予常规小儿腹股沟疝手术,研究组给予经脐入路腹膜外腹腔镜手术。比较两组围手术期指标、疼痛情况、并发症及复发情况。结果:研究组手术时间长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术中出血量、住院时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组疼痛发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.114,P=0.736)。结论:腹股沟疝患儿应用经脐入路腹膜外腹腔镜手术治疗能够有效降低患儿疼痛与并发症发生率。Objective:To study the effect of transumbilical approach extraperitoneal laparoscopic operation in the treatment of inguinal hernia in children.Method:A total of 106 children with inguinal hernia admitted to Nantong University Affiliated Changzhou Children's Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into control group(63 cases)and study group(43 cases)according to random number table method.The control group received routine pediatric inguinal hernia surgery,and the study group received transumbilical approach extraperitoneal laparoscopic operation.Perioperative indexes,pain condition,complications and recurrence condition were compared between the two groups.Result:The operation time of the study group was longer than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in intraoperative blood loss volume and hospital stay between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of pain in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complication of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in recurrence rate between the two groups(X^(2)=0.114,P=0.736).Conclusion:The use of transumbilical approach extraperitoneal laparoscopic operation treatment in children with inguinal hernia can effectively reduce the incidence of pain and complications in children.
