温针灸子宫穴在卵巢储备功能减退中的应用思考

摘　　要：卵巢储备功能反映了女性生殖内分泌的潜能,卵巢储备功能减退是女性生育能力下降的危险信号。毕颖老师认为肾精亏虚是其发生的主要病机,经后期的带下和经间期的锦丝带下直接反映了卵泡发育及排卵的情况,也间接反映了卵巢的功能状况。女性白带的周期变化与月经一样为阴阳互根前提下所发生的一种消长转化。基于“阳中求阴”“用阳化阴”思想,温针灸子宫穴,可使阴得阳升而源泉不竭,使气血流通、阴平阳秘,从而达到改善卵巢功能、调经种子的目的。The function of ovarian reserve reflects the potential of female reproductive endocrinology,and the decrease of ovarian reserve function is a dangerous signal of female fertility decline.Teacher Bi Ying believed that kidney essence deficiency was the main pathogenesis of the disease,and the leucorrhea in the late menstrual period and the geumsa leucorrhea in the intermenstrual period directly reflect the development of follicles and ovulation,and indirectly reflected the function of the ovary.The cycle change of femal leucorrhea is the same as menstruation under the premise of Yin and Yang mutual root.Based on the idea of"seeking Yin from Yang"and"using Yang to convert Yin",warming acupuncture and moxibustion in uterine acupoint can make Yin get Yang rising and the source is inexhaustible,make Qi and blood flow,Yin and Yang in equilibrium,and thus achieve the purpose of improving ovarian function and regulating menstruation seeds.
