布地奈德雾化吸入联合鼻内镜治疗慢性鼻窦炎的效果

摘　　要：目的:探究布地奈德雾化吸入联合鼻内镜治疗慢性鼻窦炎(CRS)的效果。方法:选择2021年2月—2023年2月在泰安八十八医院治疗的78例CRS患者,应用随机数表法将其分为对照组(鼻内镜)及观察组(联合布地奈德雾化吸入),各39例。比较两组各项评分[鼻黏膜结构(Lund-Mackay评分、Lund-Kennedy评分)、鼻腔鼻窦结局测试-20(SNOT-20)评分]、炎症因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、γ干扰素(IFN-γ)]、总免疫球蛋白E(TIgE)、血清嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)、鼻黏膜功能(糖精清除时间)。结果:治疗前,两组各项评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3个月后,两组各项评分均降低,观察组Lund-Mackay评分、Lund-Kennedy评分、SNOT-20评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组炎症因子比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3个月后,两组炎症因子均降低,观察组IL-6、TNF-α、IFN-γ低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组TIgE、血清ECP比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3个月后,两组TIgE、血清ECP降低,观察组TIgE、血清ECP低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组糖精清除时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3个月后,两组糖精清除时间缩短,观察组糖精清除时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:接受布地奈德雾化吸入联合鼻内镜治疗,可改善CRS患者鼻黏膜结构及功能,降低炎症因子水平。Objective:To investigate the effect of Budesonide nebulised inhalation combined with nasal endoscopy in the treatment of chronic sinusitis(CRS).Method:A total of 78 patients with CRS treated in Tai’an 88 Hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected and divided into control group(nasal endoscopy)and the observation group(combined Budesonide nebulised inhalation)by applying the random number table method,39 cases in each group.The scores[nasal mucosa structure(Lund-Mackay score,Lund-Kennedy score),nasal and sinus outcome test-20(SNOT-20)score],inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interferon-γ(IFN-γ)],total immunoglobulin E(TIgE),serum eosinophil cationic protein(ECP),nasal mucosal function(saccharin clearance time)were compared between the two groups.Result:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after 3 months of treatment,all scores of the two groups were decreased,and the Lund-Mackay score,Lund-Kennedy score and SNOT-20 score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in inflammatory factors between the two groups(P>0.05);after 3 months of treatment,inflammatory factors were decreased in both groups,and IL-6,TNF-αand IFN-γin the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TIgE and serum ECP between the two groups(P>0.05);after 3 months of treatment,TIgE and serum ECP decreased in both groups,TIgE and serum ECP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in saccharin clearance time between the two groups(P>0.05);after 3 months of treatment,the clearance time of saccharin in both groups was shortened,and the clearance t
