摘　　要：目的:探讨压力接种训练联合音乐疗法对晚期肺癌患者自我感受负担、心理韧性及并发症的影响。方法:选取2019年8月—2023年8月第九〇九医院收治的晚期肺癌患者共计84例,以随机数表法分成干预组与对照组,各42例。对照组给予常规心理干预,干预组给予压力接种训练联合音乐疗法,比较两组自我感受负担、心理韧性及并发症发生率。结果:干预前,两组自我感受负担量表(SPB)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组SPB评分低于干预前,且干预组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组中文版-心理韧性量表(CD-RISC)各项评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组CD-RISC各项评分均高于干预前,且干预组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组并发症发生率为7.14%,低于对照组的23.81%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:晚期肺癌患者给予压力接种训练联合音乐疗法,能够减轻患者自我感受负担,提高心理韧性,降低并发症发生率。Objective:To explore the effects of pressure vaccination training combined with music therapy on self perceived burden,psychological resilience and complications of advanced lung cancer patients.Method:A total of 84 patients with advanced lung cancer admitted to the 909th Hospital from August 2019 to August 2023 were selected and divided into intervention group and control group by random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was given routine psychological intervention,and the intervention group was given pressure vaccination training combined with music therapy.The self perceived burden,psychological resilience and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Result:Before intervention,there was no significant difference in self-perceived burden scale(SPB)score between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the SPB score of the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the intervention group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in scores of Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of CD-RISC in both groups were higher than those before intervention,and the intervention group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the intervention group was 7.14%,which was lower than 23.81%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pressure vaccination training combined with music therapy can reduce the self perceived burden,improve psychological resilience,and reduce the incidence of complications in patients with advanced lung cancer.
