穴位按摩联合中医综合护理在稳定型心绞痛患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探究穴位按摩联合中医综合护理在稳定型心绞痛患者中的应用。方法:选取2022年1—12月南京市中医院收治的100例稳定型心绞痛患者作为研究对象。根据计算机法将其分为对照组(n=50)与试验组(n=50)。对照组给予中医综合护理,试验组在对照组基础上给予穴位按摩。比较两组干预前后心绞痛发作情况、心理情绪、生活质量。结果:干预后,两组心绞痛发作频次低于干预前,试验组心绞痛发作频次低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组抑郁、焦虑、压力评分均低于干预前,试验组抑郁、焦虑、压力评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组生活质量评分高于干预前,试验组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于稳定型心绞痛患者而言,实施穴位按摩联合中医综合护理能降低心绞痛发作次数,改善不良心理情绪,提升生活质量,在临床护理中具有显著的应用效果。Objective:To explore the application of acupoint massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing in patients with stable angina pectoris.Method:A total of 100 patients with stable angina pectoris treated in Nanjing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into control group(n=50)and experimental group(n=50)according to computer method.The control group was given traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing,and the experimental group was given acupoint massage on the basis of the control group.Angina pectoris attack condition,psychological emotion,quality of life before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention,the frequency of angina pectoris attack in the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the frequency of angina pectoris attack in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of depression,anxiety and stress in both groups were lower than those before intervention,and the scores of depression,anxiety and stress in experimental group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the quality of life score of the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the quality of life score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with stable angina pectoris,implementing acupoint massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing can reduce the frequency of angina pectoris attacks,improve negative psychological emotions,and improve quality of life,it has significant application effects in clinical nursing.
