摘 要:脓毒症作为一种机体对感染反应异常的危重疾病,其患病率和死亡率高,严重威胁人类的生命健康。然而,目前临床对于脓毒症的诊断仍具有滞后性,且脓毒症的异质性、缺乏特异性的表现也为相关治疗带来巨大挑战。近年来,人工智能在脓毒症早期预警、临床分型和精准治疗等方面取得了一些突破性进展,有助于构建智能化的临床辅助决策系统,建立起脓毒症诊疗的新体系。综述当前人工智能技术在脓毒症患者智能管理方面的应用进展,为进一步相关研究提供参考。Sepsis,a critical illness in which the body responds abnormally to infection,has a high rate of morbidity and mortality and poses a serious threat to human life and health.However,the clinical diagnosis of sepsis is still lagging behind,and its heterogeneity and lack of specific manifestations pose significant challenges to its management.In recent years,artificial intelligence has made some breakthroughs in the early prediction,clinical phenotype,and precise treatment of sepsis,contributing to the construction of an intelligent clinical decision-making system and a new system for sepsis diagnosis and treatment.This review summarizes recent advances in artificial intelligence technology for the intelligent management of sepsis patients in the hope of providing some reference for further research.
