摘　　要：乳腺癌甲状腺转移案例临床少见, 而乳腺癌甲状腺转移同时伴有甲状腺原发恶性肿瘤的病例罕见, 易发生误诊。本文就1例乳腺浸润性导管癌发生甲状腺转移, 同时伴有同侧原发甲状腺乳头状癌的特殊病例进行报道, 并结合文献复习恶性肿瘤发生甲状腺转移的相关知识。以期为临床提供借鉴。Thyroid gland metastasis of breast cancer is rare,while the breast cancer metastase to a thyroid gland in accompanied with primary thyroid malignancy in the same thyroid lobe are rarely reported,which is prone to be misdiagnosed.This article reports a special case of invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast that metastaseed to the thyroid gland accompanied with ipsilateral primary papillary thyroid cancer.The related knowledge of thyroid metastasis in malignant tumor was reviewed.
