摘　　要：根腐病是草莓主要病害之一,其病原菌种类较多,国内已报道的病原菌有:立枯丝核菌(Rhizoctonia solani)、终极腐霉(Pythium ultimum)[1]、镰刀菌(Fusarium sp.)、恶疫霉(Phytophthora cactorum)、拟盘多毛孢菌(Pestalotiopsis sp.)[2]等。草莓根腐病危害根部、茎基部,严重的导致茎内部髓坏死,甚至整株枯死,近几年逐年加重,尤其是在夏季育苗期其病害蔓延快,严重影响草莓产业的发展。Root rot is one of the main diseases on strawberry in China,which causes great economic losses.In the summer of 2021,a root rot disease with symptoms of plant withered,root-stem necroses were observed in the field of strawberry in Ningbo city,Zhejiang province.The pathogen of this disease was obtained by tissue separation method and pathogenicity test.The pathogen was then identified as Phytopythium helicoides by morphological observation,18S rDNA and ITS rDNA sequence analysis.To our knowledge,this is the first report of P.helicoides causing crown and root rot on strawberry in China.
