THPS鞣制条件对山羊革湿热稳定性的影响

摘　　要：本文通过对浸酸山羊皮经THPS鞣制后湿热收缩温度的测定,考察了THPS鞣剂的用量、鞣制温度、pH值及时间等工艺参数对鞣制性能的影响。确定THPS的最适鞣制条件为pH值6,温度30℃,鞣制时间约15 h,鞣剂用量5%。鞣制的山羊革色白,手感舒适,有一定弹性,具有较高收缩温度。The effects of THPS tanning condition were evaluated by heat shrinkage temperature based on the pickling goatskin. The tanning conditions, such as THPS dosage, pH value, temperature and time were investigated respectively. The optimal tanning conditions of THPS were determined, as follows: the dosage of THPS tanning agent was 5%;the tanning temperature was 35 ℃;the pH value was 6;the tanning time was 15 hours. The tanned goat leather is white, feel comfortabl, flexible and high shrink temperature.
