摘  要:环境规制直接或间接地影响制革工业的生产经营和防污治理,从金融、政策和技术方面引导着制革工业的绿色可持续发展。对此,本文简述了环境规制下制革工业今后的发展趋势,分析了含铬废水脱铬处理工艺研究现状与含铬废水回收利用价值。采用重金属捕集剂联合絮凝剂对某皮革厂含铬废水进行脱铬处理试验,确定试验过程与方案,并研究了不同试验条件对含铬废水脱铬效果和铬回收率的影响。结果表明:随着絮凝剂和助凝剂含量的增加,含铬废水的脱铬率呈上升趋势,在二者添加量分别为2.5 mg/L和0.2 mg/L时,脱铬处理效率最佳;在酸浸法回收铬的过程中所用硫酸浓度取6 mol/L较为适宜。Environmental regulation directly or indirectly affects the production and operation of the tanning industry and anti-pollution control, and guides the green and sustainable development of the tanning industry from the aspects of finance, policy and technology. In this paper, the development trend of tannery industry in the future under environmental regulation was briefly described, and the research status of dechroming treatment technology of chrome-containing wastewater and the value of recycling and utilization of chrome-containing wastewater were analyzed. The dechroming treatment of chrome-containing wastewater in a tannery was tested with heavy metal catcher combined with flocculant. The test process and scheme were determined. The influence of different test conditions on the dechroming effect and chromium recovery rate of chrome-containing wastewater was studied.The results show with the increase of the content of flocculant and coagulant aid, the dechroming rate of chromium-containing wastewater showed an increasing trend, and the best dechroming treatment efficiency is achieved when the two additives are 2.5 mg/L and 0.2 mg/L, respectively. In the process of recovery of chromium by acid leaching, the concentration of sulfuric acid used is 6 mol/L.
