摘 要:以我国化工行业标准HG/T 2876—2009《橡塑鞋微孔材料压缩变形试验方法》为基础,对发泡材料的压缩变形测试样形体进行了比对和测试。通过比对20 mm×20 mm方块试样和?22.5 mm圆柱试样的压缩变形测试结果并进行分析,发现圆柱试样所得到的测试结果与方块试样基本相同,而制样时可以有效避免试样中部出现严重收缩变形的现象,并将所需打磨的面从6面降低至2面,有效提高制样效率,制样精确度也有所提升,因此建议在压缩变形方法标准中,采用圆柱形状样品代替方块试样进行压缩变形测试。Based on Chinese chemical industry standard HG/T 2876-2009 “Test Method for Compression and Deformation of Microporous materials for Rubber and Plastic Shoes”, the compression and deformation test samples of foaming materials were compared and tested. By comparing and analyzing the compression deformation test results of the 20 mm×20 mm square sample and the ?22.5 mm cylindrical sample, it is found that the test results of the cylindrical sample are basically the same as those of the square sample, and the serious shrinkage deformation phenomenon in the middle of the sample can be effectively avoided during sample preparation, and the surface needed to be polished can be reduced from 6 to 2, which can effectively improve the sample preparation efficiency and the sample preparation accuracy is also improved, so it is recommended to use cylindrical shape samples instead of square samples for compression deformation test in the compression deformation method standard.
