摘  要:选择25位男性中长跑国家二级运动员为研究对象,分别穿着4种不同跟掌落差的跑鞋在试验环境下完成慢跑测试,使用红外人体动作捕捉系统和测力台等设备对研究对象髌骨关节位置负荷等进行获取,借助AnyBody等软件对获取数据进行处理和分析。结果表明,跟掌落差为零的跑鞋能够有效降低人体着地瞬间的足地角,进而有效降低人体落地支撑期的髌骨关节应力峰值及应力冲量等,有效缓解人体髌骨关节负荷。A total of 25 male middle and long distance running athletes were selected as the research subjects. Wearing four kinds of running shoes with different heel and palm drop, the jogging test was completed in the experimental environment. Infrared human motion capture system and equipment such as force measurement table were used to obtain the patella joint position load of the study subjects. The results show that the running shoes with zero heel drop can effectively reduce the foot angle at the moment of human landing, and then effectively reduce the stress peak and stress impulse of human patella joint during the support period of human landing, and effectively relieve the load of human patella joint.
