摘 要:近年来,随着我国有效注册商标和知识产权侵权案例的不断增多,越来越多的皮具企业意识到了发展与规范化管理自身品牌商标的重要性。基于此,本文简述了产权经济学与品牌商标的相关理论,分析了我国皮具企业加强品牌商标管理的必要性与意义;探究了目前我国皮具品牌商标管理存在的问题,并基于产权经济视角构建与优化了皮具品牌商标管理模式,以期优化品牌商标管理措施,促进我国皮具企业的持续、健康发展。政府方面,应建立打假机制和引导帮扶机制,实现商标管理信息化与网络化;企业方面,应重视品牌的培育和宣传,建设高素质管理人才队伍,加强品牌商标合法权益的维护等。In recent years, with the increasing of effective registered trademark and intellectual property rights infringement cases, more and more leather goods enterprises have realized the importance of the development and standardization of the management of their brand trademarks. Based on this, this paper briefly discussed the economics of property rights and related theories of brand trademarks, and analyzed the necessity and significance of strengthening the management of brand trademarks in Chinese leather goods enterprises. This paper probed into the existing problems in the management of Chinese leather goods brand trademarks, and then constructed and optimized the management mode of leather goods brand trademarks based on the economic perspective of property rights, in order to optimize the management measures of brand trademarks and promote the sustained and healthy development of Chinese leather goods enterprises. The government should establish anti-counterfeiting mechanism and guide and help mechanism to realize trademark management informationization and network. Enterprises should pay attention to the cultivation and publicity of brands, the construction of high-quality management personnel, strengthen the protection of legitimate rights and interests of brands and trademarks.
