摘　　要：货币合作是中欧全面战略伙伴关系的重要组成部分,中国和欧盟在货币互换、建立离岸人民币交易市场、发放欧元债券等方面形成了一定的合作基础。面对当前国际货币体系的动荡和大国地缘政治关系的紧张,中欧对各自的货币战略做出了调整,双方均谋求提升各自货币的国际地位,这为深化货币合作提供了新机遇,中国金融市场的进一步开放以及中欧在完善全球金融治理领域的共同诉求为双方货币合作的推进增添了动力。同时,深化中欧货币合作也面临诸多挑战,欧盟“中国观”发生变化,对中国企业的限制增多,以及美国因素等均给中欧货币合作带来不确定性。总体而言,中欧双方的货币战略仍有相当的契合度,未来双方在绿色债券发行、全球金融安全网建设、央行数字货币发展等领域存在较大合作空间。Monetary cooperation is an important part of the China-EU comprehensive strategic partnership.China and the EU have formed a certain foundation for cooperation in currency swaps, the establishment of offshore RMB trading markets and the issuance of Euro-denominated bonds. In the face of the turmoil in the international monetary system and the tense geopolitical relations between major powers, China and the EU have made adjustments to their currency strategies. Both sides seek to enhance the international status of their currencies, which provides new opportunities for deepening bilateral monetary cooperation.The further opening-up of China's financial market and the common aspirations of China and the EU in improving global financial governance have injected impetus into the promotion of monetary cooperation between the two sides. Meanwhile, to further advance China-EU monetary cooperation faces many challenges. The EU's view on China has changed in recent years, the bloc has also increased restrictions on Chinese companies and the US government's intervention has brought uncertainties to China-EU monetary cooperation. On the whole, the monetary strategies of China and the EU are still quite consistent. There is considerable room for cooperation between China and the EU in the future in such areas as green bond issuance, global financial safety net building and Central Bank Digital Currency development.
