摘　　要：党的二十大报告开篇的“三个务必”,篇中“跳出历史周期率”的第二个答案,篇尾总书记提出的“两个永远在路上”,以及贯穿报告始终的问题意识、底线思维、防范风险挑战等论断,无不彰显了新时代中国共产党人强烈的忧患意识。党的二十大报告指出了新时代中国共产党人忧患意识的具体表征,为接下来中国共产党人带领全国人民继续增强忧患意识,树牢底线思维,继续走好新的第二个百年赶考之路提供了具体路径。The three requirements at the beginning,a second answer to the question of how to escape the historical cycle of rise and fall in the middle and the two unceasing journeys at last of the report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,as well as the problem awareness,bottom-line thinking,and risk prevention demonstrate the strong awareness of potential risks of Chinese communists in the new era.The report to the 20th CPC National Congress pointed out the concrete manifestation of CPC awareness of potential risks is that the Chinese Communists will lead the people of the whole country to continue to enhance their awareness of potential risks,establish a solid bottom-line thinking,and provide specific paths toward the Second Centenary Goal.
