体育强国视域下科技创新对竞技体育实力的影响——基于全运会数据的空间杜宾模型分析

摘　　要：在建设体育强国视域下,抓住科技创新赋能竞技体育发展的战略支点,以第11~14届全运会省际数据为样本,用各省(市、区)全运会金牌获得数量代表竞技体育实力,R&D研发经费投入代表科技创新能力,选取经济发展水平、居民受高等教育水平、体育发展活力、城市化水平四个维度的代表性指标作为控制变量开展研究。结果表明:通过空间莫兰指数,探讨各省竞技体育实力的空间分布特征,发现其存在正向空间相关关系;以0—1地理邻接距离为权重构建空间杜宾模型,发现科技创新水平对竞技体育实力存在空间效应,其对本区域竞技体育具有促进作用,但对相邻区域却有虹吸影响。据此建议:加大科技创新在竞技体育的推广应用,重视“地理邻接原则”,畅通区域间交流机制,发挥高竞技水平区域对相邻地区的辐射作用,共同实现高质量协同发展。In the pursuit of establishing a sports power,strategically harnessing technological innovation to empower the development of competitive sports is paramount.Using data from the 11th to 14th National Games as a sample,where the number of gold medals earned by each province(city)in the National Games signifies competitive sports strength,and R&D investment represents technological innovation capabilities,this study incorporates key indicators from four dimensions—economic development level,residents'higher education levels,sports development vitality,and urbanization levelas control variables for comprehensive analysis.Results reveal,through the spatial statistical measure Moran's index,positive spatial correlations in the distribution of competitive sports strength among provinces.By constructing a spatial Durbin model with O-1 geographical adjacency distance as a weight,the study unveils that technological innovation exhibits spatial effects on competitive sports strength,fostering it within the region while exerting a suction effect on neighboring areas.Consequently,the recommendation is to intensify the application of technological innovation in competitive sports,emphasize the'geographical adjacency principle,"facilitate inter-regional communication mechanisms,leverage the radiating effect of regions with high competitive sports levels on adjacent areas,and collectively achieve high-quality,coordinated development.
