摘 要:目的:探讨高强度间歇训练对高水平女子橄榄球运动员运动能力的影响。重点研究女子橄榄球运动员的特点及对运动能力的要求,包括爆发力、耐力、速度和敏捷性等方面。方法:主要采用身体形态学测量、安静时血液动力学参数测定、有氧运动能力测试和间歇冲刺运动能力测试等方法。结论:高强度间歇训练可以提升高水平女子橄榄球运动员的肌肉力量、耐力、爆发力、速度、心血管功能和敏捷性。建议:为提高间歇冲刺运动能力,可以采用高强度间歇训练方法,针对身体特征和体成分方面的差异、不同组别的高水平女子橄榄球运动员,可以采取个性化的训练方法和目标;根据上肢和下肢递增负荷运动的不同特点,可以采取相应的训练方法,以此提高有氧运动能力。OBJECTIVE:This study aims to investigate the influence of high-intensity interval training on the athletic performance of elite female rugby athletes,with a particular focus on their unique characteristics and performance requirements,including explosive power,endurance,speed,and agility.METHOD:The study utilizes a combination of anthropometric measurements,resting hemodynamic parameter assessments,aerobic capacity testing,and interval sprint performance testing.CONCLUSION:High-intensity interval training has the potential to significantly enhance the muscle strength,endurance,explosive power,speed,cardiovascular function,and agility of elite female rugby athletes.SUGGESTIONS:To improve interval sprint performance,personalized training methods and objectives can be tailored to individual differences in body composition and characteristics.Furthermore,specific training approaches can be employed based on the characteristics of upper and lower limb progressive load exercises to enhance aerobic capacity.
