摘 要:目的:探究有绳和无绳跳绳对女大学生身体形态及成分、身体机能和锻炼情绪的影响及其差异性。方法:将无运动损伤的女大学生54人随机分为有绳和无绳跳绳组,对其进行为期5周、每周3次跳绳运动干预,测量干预前后身体形态及成分、身体机能和锻炼情绪等指标。结果:(1)干预后,有绳和无绳跳绳组身体形态及成分各指标显著改善(P<0.05);(2)干预后,有绳组闭眼单脚站立成绩显著增加,且优于无绳组(P<0.05),两组台阶试验指数显著增加(P<0.01);(3)第一次训练后,有绳和无绳组在活力激发、生理疲惫以及激情投入三个维度上显著增加(P<0.05);干预后,两组生理疲惫评分具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:有绳和无绳跳绳对女大学生身体形态、成分、心肺功能以及情绪方面均呈现积极促进效果且锻炼效果相近,无绳跳绳可以代替有绳跳绳满足特殊人群以及狭小空间进行运动的需求。OBJECTIVE:This study aims to investigate the impact and disparities in the effects of rope and ropeless jump rope exercises on female college students'body composition,physical performance,and exercise--related emotions.METHOD:Fifty-four injury-free female college students were randomly divided into two groups:a jump rope group with ropes,and a jump rope group without ropes.They underwent a 5-week exercise intervention,with three sessions per week,during which various measures of body composition,physical function,and exercise-related emotions were assessed before and after the intervention.RESULTS:(1)Post-intervention,both the jump rope groups with and without ropes exhibited significant improvements in various aspects of body composition(P<0.05).(2)After the intervention,the rope group showed a significant increase in one-legged balance performance,surpassing the ropeless group(P<0.05).Both groups demonstrated a significant increase in step test scores(P<0.01).(3)Following the initial training session,both groups reported significant increases in vitality,physical fatigue,and exercise enthusiasm(P<0.05).After the intervention,the two groups had significantly different physiological fatigue scores(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:Jump rope exercises with and without ropes have similarly positive effects on female college students'body composition,cardiorespiratory function,and exercise-induced emotions.Ropeless jump rope can effectively substitute traditional jump rope for specific populations and in confined exercise spaces.
