基于警务实战能力培养的《防卫与控制》课程教学改革研究

摘　　要：《防卫与控制》课程是警察院校公安专业的必修课程,其目的是让学生通过掌握过硬的防卫与控制技能来提升警务实战对抗综合能力。为进一步加强对警务实战能力的培养,本文对课程教学改革进行了研究,从课程内容完善、教学时间合理安排、突出重点内容教学、教学方法手段多样、思政融入课程、教学考核评价、实战化师资队伍建设等七个方面提出了改进提升建议,旨在通过实战化的教学练战,切实提高防卫与控制技能,为从警执法安全打下良好基础。The"Defense and Control"course is a compulsory subject in various law enforcement majors in police academies,with the primary objective of equipping students with robust defense and control sklls to enhance their comprehensive operational capabilities in law enforcement.In order to further develop the training of police operational skills,this research delves into the reform of the course's teaching methods.It suggests improvements in seven key areas,encompassing refining course content,establishing a well-structured teaching schedule,emphasizing critical subject matter,utilizing diverse teaching methods,integrating ideological and political education,enhancing teaching assessments,and bolstering the practical training of teaching staff.The ultimate goal is to significantly improve defense and control skills through practical,real-world training,thus laying a strong foundation for law enforcement and safety for aspiring police officers.
