山西省优秀运动队文化建设的现状、不足及优化路径

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、逻辑分析法等科研方法,对山西省体育局所属的26个项目优秀运动队的文化建设进行研究。结果发现:山西省体育中心驻地运动队文化建设开展得并不理想,存在的问题主要有:对运动队文化建设认识不足,工作存在误区;大多数运动队文化建设流于形式;已开展的运动队文化建设不全面、不深入。建议优化路径为:全面理解和审视优秀运动队文化建设的重要性;深入挖掘和发扬运动队多年沉淀的优秀文化;打造学习型运动队,营造良好文化氛围和训练环境;优秀运动队文化建设必须面向世界、面向未来、与时俱进、不断创新。This study employs research methods such as literature review,questionnaire surveys,and logical analysis to investigate the cultural development of 26 outstanding sports teams under the Shanxi Provincial Sports Bureau.The findings reveal that the cultural development in sports teams based at the Shanxi Provincial Sports Center is less than satisfactory,characterized by several key issues.These issues include an inadequate understanding of cultural development within sports teams and misconceptions in their approach.Additionally,cultural development efforts in most sports teams tend to be superficial,lacking depth and comprehensiveness.Recommendations for optimization include:gaining a comprehensive understanding of the importance of cultural development in excellent sports teams,delving deeper into and promoting the accumulated excellent culture within these teams,and fostering a culture of continuous learning within sports teams to create a positive atmosphere and conducive training environment.
