MRI参数对青少年百米运动员关节软骨剥离的医学诊断与术后康复效果研究

摘  要:目的:探讨MRI参数在青少年百米运动员关节软骨剥离的医学诊断与术后康复效果中的应用情况。方法:对16名青少年百米运动员进行MRI检查,研究T2指数、骨髓水肿和厚度指数等参数与关节软骨剥离的关系。结果表明:青少年百米运动员在T2指数、骨髓水肿和厚度指数方面与对照组存在显著差异。联合使用这些指标可以提高踝关节OCD的诊断准确性。康复良好的病例在术后康复过程中肌肉激活水平、肌肉质量和厚度有所改善,而康复不佳的病例改善较小。高水平的T2指数、骨髓水肿和厚度指数与康复效果不佳的危险度显著相关。建议:将MRI参数纳入康复计划和治疗方案中,综合考虑多项指标进行诊断,以提高康复效果和治疗准确性。The aim of this study is to explore the application of MRI parameters in the medical diagnosis and postoperative rehabilitation of articular cartilage detachment in sprint athletes.By conducting MRI examinations on 16 sprint athletes,the relationship between parameters such as T2 index,bone marrow edema,and thickness index and articular cartilage detachment was investigated.The results showed significant differences between sprint athletes and the control group in terms of T2 index,bone marrow edema,and thickness index.The combined use of these indicators can improve the diagnostic accuracy of ankle joint osteochondritis dissecans(OCD).Cases with good rehabilitation showed improvements in muscle activation level,muscle quality,and thickness during the postoperative rehabilitation process,while cases with poor rehabilitation showed smaller improvements.High levels of T2 index,bone marrow edema,and thickness index were significantly associated with a higher risk of poor rehabilitation outcomes.It is recommended to incorporate MRI parameters into rehabilitation plans and treatment protocols,considering multiple indicators for diagnosis,in order to improve rehabilitation outcomes and treatment accuracy.
