摘 要:探讨血流限制结合底线训练对高校男子网球运动员底线击球深度与精准性的影响。将20名运动员随机分成实验组和对照组,每组各10人,进行为期6周的网球底线技术训练,实验组以佩戴加压带限制血流的方式进行训练,对照组正常训练。结果表明:实验组与对照组相比,击球精准性指标具有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),击球深度指标没有显著差异(P>0.05);实验组与实验前相比,击球深度与精准性指标均具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。由此得出结论:(1)与常规底线训练相比,血流限制结合底线训练能够显著提升底线击球的精准性,但对底线击球深度没有明显提升。(2)与训练前相比,血流限制结合底线训练能显著提升底线击球深度与精准性。This study delves into how combining blood flow restriction with baseline training affects the depth and precision of baseline shots in male college tennis players.Twenty athletes were randomly assigned to an experimental group and a control group,each comprising 10 participants.Over a 6-week period,both groups underwent baseline technical training,with the experimental group utilizing pressure bands to restrict blood flow during their sessions,while the control group followed a standard training regimen.The results indicate a significant disparity in accuracy indicators of shots between the experimental and control groups(P<0.01),with no notable difference in shot depth indicators(P>0.05).Furthermore,a comparison within the experimental group before and after training reveals substantial improvements in both shot depth and accuracy indicators(P<0.05).In summary,(1)Blood flow restriction combined with baseline training markedly enhances the accuracy of baseline shots compared to conventional training but doesn't significantly impact shot depth.(2)Compared to pre-training levels,integrating blood flow restriction into baseline training results in significant enhancements in both baseline shot depth and accuracy.
