摘 要:姑山矿露天转地下矿山基建开拓工程揭露围岩存在矿岩接触带裂隙发育、富水性强等特点,探水孔单孔涌水量最大达300 m^(3)/h,工作面注浆堵水难度大、费用高,严重制约了矿山的基建进度,而且极易引发突水事故。为缓解矿山防治水压力,开展超前截流疏干技术应用研究,通过布置超前截流疏干孔,对拟开拓工程进行疏干降压,一方面大幅降低了工作面注浆难度和突水风险;另一方面在矿山基建期实现了矿区地下水逐步下降,为后期疏干采矿提供了真实的水文参数依据以及缩短了采矿疏干工期。较传统疏干技术而言,既缓解了基建开拓工程的水患压力,又降低了矿山整体建设工期,在同类水文地质条件矿山中具有借鉴价值。The construction development project of Gushan Mine from open-pit to underground mine reveals that there are characteristics of cracks in ore-rock contact zone in surrounding rock,strong water rich,and the maximum water inflow of a single hole in the water exploration hole is 300 m3/h.It is difficult and expensive to grouting water plugging in the working face,which seriously restricts the progress of the mine′s capital construction and easily causes water inrush accidents.In order to alleviate the water pressure control in mines,the application research of advanced intercepting and dewatering technology is carried out.By arranging advance intercepting and dewatering holes,the project to be developed is dewatering and reducing pressure.On the one hand,the difficulty of grouting and the risk of water inrush are greatly reduced.On the other hand,the groundwater in the mining area is gradually decreased during the construction period of the mine,which provides a real basis for the hydrological parameters and shortens the mining dewatering period.Compared with the traditional dewatering technology,it not only relieves the water pressure of the infrastructure development project,but also reduces the overall construction period of the mine,which has great reference value in similar hydrogeological conditions.
