摘 要:国内某选矿厂为有效利用巴西进口的某铁矿石,对该矿石进行了选矿试验研究。试验结果表明:该铁矿全铁品位48.93%,有用矿物主要为赤(褐)铁矿和磁铁矿,分布率分别为73.06%,18.78%;采用阶段磨矿阶段磁选流程,可获得全铁品位67.21%、回收率75.35%的铁精矿,全铁品位54.68%、回收率11.82%的强磁尾矿,分选效果较好,精矿产品达到了铁品位67%以上的指标要求。In order to effectively utilize an iron ore imported from Brazil,a beneficiation test was carried out on the ore in a domestic concentrator.The test results show that the total iron grade of the iron ore is 48.93%,and the useful minerals are mainly hematite(limonite)and magnetite,with distribution rates of 73.06%and 18.78%,respectively.The iron concentrate with total iron grade of 67.21%and recovery rate of 75.35%,and the strong magnetic tailings with total iron grade of 54.68%and recovery rate of 11.82%can be obtained by using the stage grinding stage magnetic separation process.The separation effect is good,and the concentrate product meets the index requirement of iron grade of more than 67%.
