摘 要:为了给西藏某铅锌矿的开发利用提供试验依据,针对铅锌综合回收利用的问题,进行了选矿试验研究。研究结果表明:该矿石属于硫化铅锌矿,含铅5.28%,含锌5.33%;在磨矿细度-0.074 mm80.76%的条件下,采用优先浮铅后浮锌的工艺流程,最终可获得铅品位76.62%、锌品位3.79%、铅回收率98.06%、锌回收率4.81%的铅精矿和铅品位0.32%、锌品位62.21%、铅回收率0.49%、锌回收率93.60%的锌精矿;同时,金和银富集在铅精矿中,品位依次为5.08,741.0 g/t,回收率为58.97%和95.82%,可在后续铅精矿冶炼中得到综合回收;该试验结果将有助于后续矿山的开发利用。In order to provide experimental basis for the development and utilization of a lead-zinc mine in Tibet,the beneficiation test was carried out for the comprehensive recovery and utilization of lead and zinc.The results show that the ore belongs to lead-zinc sulfide ore,containing 5.28%lead and 5.33%zinc.Under the conditions of grinding fineness of-0.074 mm 80.76%,adopting the process of lead flotation first and then zinc,the lead concentrate with lead grade of 76.62%,zinc grade of 3.79%,lead recovery of 98.06%and zinc recovery of 4.81%,and the zinc concentrate with lead grade of 0.32%,zinc grade of 62.21%,lead recovery of 0.49%and zinc recovery of 93.60%can be obtained.At the same time,gold and silver are enriched in lead concentrate,the grade is 5.08 g/t and 741.0 g/t respectively,the recovery is 58.97%and 95.82%respectively,which can be comprehensively recovered in the subsequent lead concentrate smelting.
