摘 要:为提高弓长岭某贫磁铁矿的选矿效率、简化工艺流程、降低生产成本,针对该矿工艺流程磨矿细度偏高、中矿返回量大、生产流程长等问题,提出了一种新的磁铁矿选别工艺并进行了小型试验。试验结果表明:原矿经两段磨矿—两段磁选机磁选—两段细筛分级—两段磁选柱磁选,可获得铁品位66.67%、铁回收率80.78%的铁精矿;该流程可在粗磨的条件下提前得到一部分合格精矿,同时抛弃一部分尾矿,降低了中矿循环量,实现了贫磁铁矿的短流程选别,可降低选矿成本,提高经济效益。In order to improve the beneficiation efficiency,simplify the process flow and reduce the production cost of a lean magnetite ore in Gongchangling,aiming at the problems of high grinding fineness,large return amount of middle ore and long production process,a new magnetite separation process was proposed and a small test was carried out.The test results show that the iron concentrate with iron grade of 66.67%and iron recovery of 80.78%can be obtained by two stage grinding-two stage magnetic separator magnetic separation-two stage fine screening classification-two stage magnetic column magnetic separation.The process can obtain a part of qualified concentrate in advance under the condition of coarse grinding,and discard a part of tailings at the same time,which reduces the circulation of middle ore,realizes the short process separation of lean magnetite,and can reduce the cost of mineral processing and improve the economic benefit.
