摘  要:巴西某铁矿为了避免资源浪费,针对脱泥尾矿铁品位过高的问题,进行了脱泥尾矿综合利用选矿试验研究。该矿石中有用矿物为赤铁矿,主要呈细粒和微细粒存在,单一磁选无法有效的回收赤铁矿,故采用强磁—浮选联合流程进行选矿试验,强磁选采用1粗2扫流程,磁场强度均为1.4 T;浮选采用1粗3扫流程,NaOH用量600 g/t、淀粉用量400 g/t、十二胺用量为100 g/t;通过该工艺,最终获得了全铁品位60.83%、铁回收率80.12%的合格铁精矿。In order to avoid the waste of resources and solve the problem of high iron grade in desliming tailings,the comprehensive utilization of desliming tailings was studied in an iron mine in Brazil.The useful mineral in the ore is hematite,which mainly exists in fine and micro-fine particles.Single magnetic separation cannot effectively recover hematite.Therefore,the combined process of high intensity magnetic separation and flotation is used for beneficiation test.The high intensity magnetic separation adopts one roughing and two scavenging process,and the magnetic field strength is 1.4 T.Flotation adopts one roughing and three scavenging process,NaOH dosage is 600 g/t,starch dosage is 400 g/t,dodecylamine dosage is 100 g/t.Through this process,the qualified iron concentrate with total iron grade of 60.83%and iron recovery rate of 80.12%was finally obtained.
