摘 要:为提高广西某含银低铜铅锌多金属硫化矿选矿技术指标,减少金属流失,针对原矿铜、铅含量较低,大部分黄铜矿、银矿物嵌布关系复杂,分离选别困难,难以实现有价组分综合回收等问题,进行了选矿工艺试验研究。试验采用一段磨矿后粗磁选回收铁,二段磨矿后精磁选选铁,精磁选铁精矿反浮选回收硫银精矿、硫精矿、铁精矿,磁选尾矿优先选铜,选铜尾矿选银、铅,银铅尾矿锌、硫混选,锌、硫分离的试验流程。试验得到了铜品位16.29%、铜回收率61.23%的铜精矿,铜精矿中银品位1807.94 g/t,银回收率17.63%;铅品位20.34%,铅回收率54.13%,银品位3741.31 g/t,银回收率37.21%的银铅精矿;锌品位46.92%,锌回收率88.14%的锌精矿;达到了综合回收有价组分的目的。In order to improve the beneficiation technical index of a silver-containing low copper lead zinc polymetallic sulfide ore in Guangxi and reduce metal loss,in view of the low content of copper and lead in the raw ore,the complex dissemination relationship of most chalcopyrite and silver minerals,the difficulty in isolation and separation,and the difficulty in achieving the comprehensive recovery of valuable components,the beneficiation process test was carried out.The test adopts the test process of recovering iron by rough magnetic separation after one-stage grinding,separating iron by fine magnetic separation after two stage grinding,recovering sulfur-silver concentrate,sulfur concentrate and iron concentrate by reverse flotation of fine magnetic separation iron concentrate,preferentially separating copper from magnetic separation tailings,separating silver and lead from copper tailings,mixing separation zinc and sulfur from silver lead tailings,and separating zinc and sulfur.The copper concentrate with copper grade of 16.29%and copper recovery of 61.23%was obtained.The silver grade in the copper concentrate was 1807.94 g/t,and the silver recovery was 17.63%.The silver-lead concentrate with lead grade of 20.34%,lead recovery of 54.13%,silver grade of 3741.31 g/t and silver recovery of 37.21%was obtained.The zinc concentrate with zinc grade of 46.92%and zinc recovery of 88.14%was obtained.The purpose of comprehensive recovery of valuable components was achieved.
