摘 要:为了充分挖掘福建某铁矿的潜在开采价值,针对该矿床的矿石特性,进行了选矿工艺流程试验。试验结果表明:采用原矿弱湿磁选—磨矿—强湿磁选工艺流程,可获得全铁品位60.68%、磁性铁品位33.35%、全铁回收率39.36%的磁铁精矿,全铁品位50.12%、全铁回收率20.87%的褐铁精矿;该工艺流程有效分选出了磁铁精矿及褐铁精矿,并兼顾了矿石分选效率和资源利用率,提升了矿石的经济价值,可为该区矿石的地质评价和开发利用提供依据。In order to fully tap the potential mining value of an iron mine in Fujian,the beneficiation process test was carried out according to the ore characteristics of the deposit.The results show that the magnetite concentrate with total iron grade of 60.68%,magnetic iron grade of 33.35%and total iron recovery of 39.36%,and the limonite concentrate with total iron grade of 50.12%and total iron recovery of 20.87%can be obtained by using the process of weak wet magnetic separation-grinding-strong wet magnetic separation.The process effectively separates magnetite concentrate and limonite concentrate,takes into account the ore separation efficiency and resource utilization rate,and improves the economic value of the ore,which can provide a basis for the geological evaluation and development utilization of the ore in this area.
