摘 要:为了综合回收某铜矿尾矿中的铜、硫、铁资源,针对铜尾矿pH值过高导致的铜上浮抑制问题,在尾矿性质分析的基础上进行了先浮选回收铜,然后铜尾再选硫、铁的回收工艺,并同时进行了铜尾回收硫、铁2种方案的对比试验。试验结果表明:该铜矿精选分离尾矿经先磁后浮工艺,可获得铜品位5.98%、铜回收率65.02%的铜精矿,含硫15.18%、含铁59.57%、硫回收率9.57%、铁回收率27.52%的磁粗精矿,硫品位46.16%、硫回收率64.97%的高硫精矿,可为同类型尾矿资源的回收利用提供参考依据。In order to comprehensively recover copper,sulfur and iron resources in a copper mine tailings,aiming at the problem of copper flotation inhibition caused by high pH value of copper tailings,based on the analysis of tailings properties,the recovery process of copper flotation first,and then sulfur and iron re-selection from copper tailings was carried out.At the same time,a comparative test of two schemes for recovering sulfur and iron from copper tailings was carried out.The test results show that the concentrated separation tailings of the copper mine are treated by the process of first magnetic separation and then flotation,the copper concentrate with copper grade of 5.98%and copper recovery rate of 65.02%,the magnetic rough concentrate with sulfur content of 15.18%,iron content of 59.57%,sulfur recovery rate of 9.57%and iron recovery rate of 27.52%,and the high sulfur concentrate with sulfur grade of 46.16%and sulfur recovery rate of 64.97%can be obtained.It can provide reference for the recovery and utilization of tailings resources of the same type.
