摘  要:为了探究废弃物材料对尾砂胶结充填体的影响,采用稻草灰部分替代水泥作为胶凝剂,制备不同胶凝剂掺量的稻草灰尾砂胶结充填体与水泥尾砂胶结充填体对比,研究稻草灰尾砂胶结充填体的力学性能演化规律。结果表明:稻草灰尾砂胶结充填体的单轴抗压强度和抗拉强度随着稻草灰掺量加大呈上升趋势,单轴抗压强度和抗拉强度最大增长率分别为31.03%和20.22%;当胶凝剂掺量大于下限值时,稻草灰对尾砂胶结充填体强度有较明显的增强作用;通过微观结构分析,稻草灰部分替代水泥促进了水化反应,增加了更多的水化产物,使尾砂胶结充填体微观结构得到细化。研究结果为不同充填技术需求下,稻草灰在矿山充填领域的应用提供理论与技术依据。In order to explore the influence of waste materials on tailings cemented backfill,straw ash was used to partially replace cement as a cementing agent,and the comparison between straw ash tailings cemented backfill and cemented tailings backfill with different cementing agent contents was prepared to study the evolution law of mechanical properties of straw ash cemented tailings backfill.The results show that the uniaxial compressive strength and tensile strength of the straw ash cemented backfill increase with the increase of the straw ash content,and the maximum growth rates of uniaxial compressive strength and tensile strength are 31.03%and 20.22%,respectively.When the content of gelling agent is greater than the lower limit value,the strength of cemented tailings backfill is obviously enhanced by straw ash.Through microstructure analysis,straw ash partially replaces cement to promote hydration reaction and add more hydration products,so that the microstructure of cemented tailings backfill is refined.The research results provide theoretical and technical basis for the application of straw ash in the field of mine filling under different requirements of filling technology.
