摘  要:为了解决塔磨机细磨后磁铁矿难以充分选别的难点,针对常规磁选机无法将细颗粒磁铁矿充分且精准回收的问题,马鞍山市天工科技股份有限公司根据塔磨机细磨后细颗粒磁铁矿的特点和分选要求进行了试验研究,研发出了磁场力大、分选精度高且适用于塔磨机细磨后细粒磁铁矿选别的T-GCT高效细颗粒磁选机。工业应用结果表明:T-GCT高效细颗粒磁选机不仅符合塔磨机细磨后产品的生产要求,同时还可获得回收率和品位双高的精矿产品,为塔磨机细磨后细颗粒磁铁矿的选别提供了可靠的解决方案。In order to solve the problem that it is difficult to fully separate magnetite after fine grinding of tower mill,and conventional magnetic separators cannot fully and accurately recover fine-grained magnetite,according to the characteristics and separation requirements of fine-grained magnetite after fine grinding of tower mill,Maanshan Tiangong Technology Co.,Ltd.conducted experimental research,and developed a T-GCT high-efficiency fine-grained magnetic separator with large magnetic field force,high separation accuracy and suitable for the separation of fine-grained magnetite after fine grinding of tower mill.The industrial application results show that the T-GCT high-efficiency fine-grained magnetic separator not only meets the production requirements of the products after fine grinding of the tower mill,but also obtains concentrate products with high recovery and grade,which provides a reliable solution for the separation of fine grained magnetite after fine grinding of the tower mill.
