摘 要:露天矿山开发过程中采场剥离会产生大量的弃岩渣,将弃岩渣直接丢弃或堆存要占用较多土地,对周边环境造成不良影响,还需要投入相关环保治理费用,不符合绿色矿山要求。合理利用剥离弃岩渣资源,可以加强对矿产资源的综合利用,最大化利用矿山全部资源,延长矿山服务年限。为解决攀西某钒钛磁铁矿山企业在采矿过程中的弃岩渣问题,通过对剥离渣特性进行分析,研究露天采场弃岩渣可利用途径并应用于生产实践。结果表明,表土层可作为熟化土壤覆土,低品位矿可回收铁、钛资源生产建筑砂石,废石可用于筑坝及制取混凝土。In the process of open pit mine development,a large amount of abandoned rock slag will be produced,and the direct disposal or storage of abandoned rock slag will occupy more land,cause adverse effects on the surrounding environment,and also need to invest related environmental protection management costs,which does not meet the requirements of green mines.Rational use of stripped abandoned rock slag resources can strengthen the comprehensive utilization of mineral resources,maximize the use of all mine resources,and extend the service life of the mine.In order to solve the problem of rock waste slag in a vanadium-titanium-magnetite mine,the exploitable way of rock waste slag in open-pit stope was studied by analyzing the characteristics of the stripped slag and applying it to production practice.The results showed that the surface layer could be used as the soil cover of mature soil,the low-grade mine could recover iron and titanium resources to produce construction sand and stone,and the waste stone could be used for dam construction and concrete production.
