摘 要:空心玻璃微珠是一种中空的多功能无机材料,具有非常广阔的应用前景,但其成分含量的测定尚无标准方法。通过采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-OES法)测定空心玻璃微珠中成分元素含量,对前处理方法进行优化,选择最佳的仪器工作条件,对样品进行精密度、加标回收、检出限试验。结果显示:样品7次测定结果 RSD<3%,加标回收率在90%~109%,Na、Mg、Ca方法检出限分别为0.002 5%,0.001 3%,0.001 8%;样品消解速度快、结果稳定性强、重现性高、精密度和准确度良好、检出限低,可推广使用。Hollow glass microspheres are a kind of hollow multi-functional inorganic material,which has a very broad application prospect,but there is no standard method for the determination of its composition.An inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer(ICP-OES method)was used to determine the content of elements in hollow glass microbeads.The pretreatment method was optimized,the best working conditions were selected,and the sample precision,label recovery and detection limit tests were carried out.The results showed that the RSD of 7 tests was less than 3%,and the recovery rate was between 90%and 109%.The detection limits of Na,Mg and Ca methods were 0.0025%,0.0013%and 0.0018%,respectively.The sample digestion speed is fast,the result stability is strong,the reproducibility is high,the precision and accuracy is good,the detection limit is low,it can be widely used.
