YHGR859清洗剂替代硝酸在程潮选矿厂陶瓷过滤机中的应用

摘　　要：程潮选矿厂为了解决存储和使用危化品硝酸存在的安全及环保问题,采用新型YHGR859清洗剂替代硝酸清洗陶瓷过滤机,并进行了清洗条件试验和清洗效果对比研究。研究结果表明:在YHGR859清洗剂浓度8%、清洗时间2 h、清洗周期8 h的工作条件下,对陶瓷过滤机采用内洗的清洗方式,YHGR859清洗剂的清洗效果明显优于硝酸,滤饼水分由8.8%降至8.3%,每年可节约成本295.88万元,经济效益显著。In order to solve the safety and environmental protection problems in the storage and use of hazardous chemicals nitric acid in Chengchao Concentrator,a new type of YHGR859 cleaning agent was used to replace nitric acid to clean the ceramic filter,and the cleaning condition test and cleaning effect comparison study were carried out.The results show that under the working conditions of YHGR859 cleaning agent concentration of 8%,cleaning time of 2 h and cleaning cycle of 8 h,the ceramic filter is cleaned by internal washing,the cleaning effect of YHGR859 cleaning agent is obviously better than that of nitric acid,and the water content of filter cake is reduced from 8.8%to 8.3%.The cost can be saved by 2.9588 million yuan per year,and the economic benefit is remarkable.
