摘 要:安徽某选矿厂为了节能降耗及提升大宗固体废物的综合利用水平,开展了工艺技术改造。试验结果表明:在2段磨矿使用纳米陶瓷介质代替钢球磨矿,降低了磨矿介质装载量、电耗,节能效果显著;采用直线振动筛回收粗粒磁选尾矿,湿抛尾矿资源综合利用率提高至57.6%,消除了φ53m高效浓缩机溢流跑混及浓缩机压死现象,保障了设备的正常运行;采用旋流器分级浓缩+直线脱水筛脱水回收全尾矿,可将捞出尾矿进行销售,减少了尾矿在尾矿库的排放量,经济和环境效益显著。In order to save energy,reduce consumption and improve the comprehensive utilization level of bulk solid waste,technological transformation was carried out in a concentrator of Anhui.The test results show that the use of nano-ceramic medium instead of steel ball grinding in the two-stage grinding reduces the load of grinding medium and power consumption,and the energy saving effect is remarkable.The linear vibrating screen was used to recover coarse magnetic separation tailings.The comprehensive utilization rate of wet-discarded tailings resources was increased to 57.6%,and the phenomenon of overflow running and mixing ofϕ53 m high-efficiency thickener and crushing of thickener was eliminated,which ensured the normal operation of the equipment.The cyclone fractional concentration+linear dehydration sieve dehydration is used to recover the whole tailings,and the tailings can be sold,which reduces the discharge of tailings in the tailings pond,and the economic and environmental benefits are remarkable.
