摘 要:为探究硒肥对花果兼用梅果实产量和品质的影响,本文选取照水、大羽、小绿萼、淡丰后4个花果兼用梅品种为试验材料,开展硒肥处理试验,测定和分析梅果产量和果实品质的变化。结果表明,硒肥能够显著提高4个品种梅的单果重和单株产量,其中大羽单果重增加最明显,照水单株产量增加最大。硒肥处理后4个品种果实硒含量均显著增加,淡丰后果实硒含量最高。硒肥提高了梅果维生素C含量和可食率,同时可溶性固形物含量和总酸含量略有提升。硒肥可有效提高花果兼用梅单株产量和果实品质,可为富硒花果兼用梅的培育提供参考。In order to investigate the effect of selenium fertilizer on yield and quality of Prunus mume for ornamental value and fruit production,this paper selected four Prunus mume for ornamental value and fruit production varieties,namely Zhaoshui,Dayu,Xiaolyue and Danfenghou,as experimental materials to conduct selenium fertilizer treatment experiments,the changes in yield and fruit quality of Prunus mume fruit were measured and analyzed.The results showed that selenium fertilizer could significantly increase the single fruit weight and single plant yield of four varieties of Prunus mume,with the most significant increase in single fruit weight of Dayu and the largest increase in single plant yield of Zhaoshui.After selenium fertilizer treatment,the selenium content in the fruits of all four varieties significantly increased,with the highest selenium content in the fruits of Danfenghou.Selenium fertilizer increased the vitamin C content and edible rate of Prunus mume fruits,while the soluble solid content and total acid content slightly increased.Selenium fertilizer can effectively improve the single plant yield and fruit quality of Prunus mume for ornamental value and fruit production,and can provide references for the cultivation of Prunus mume for ornamental value and fruit production.
