摘  要:本研究以春雷霉素为对照药剂,开展了中生菌素对水稻稻瘟病菌的室内毒力测定试验和室内防效试验,验证中生菌素原药对水稻稻瘟病菌的室内毒力及其对水稻的安全性和38%中生菌素可湿性粉剂对水稻稻瘟病的防治效果,以期为中生菌素在水稻稻瘟病田间防治上的应用推广提供一定的试验依据。室内毒力测定试验结果表明,中生菌素和春雷霉素对水稻稻瘟病菌的抑制率存在一定差异。与春雷霉素相比,中生菌素对水稻稻瘟病菌的最低抑菌浓度低于春雷霉素,但抑制中浓度高于春雷霉素。因此,建议用高浓度中生菌素对水稻稻瘟病菌进行抑制。室内药效试验结果与室内毒力测定试验结果一致。In order to provide a certain experimental basis for the application and promotion of zhongshengmycin in the field control of rice blast,this study carried out indoor toxicity test and indoor efficacy test of zhongshengmycin against rice blast fungi with kasugamycin as the control agent,to verify the indoor toxicity of zhongshengmycin against rice blast fungi and safety of rice,as well as the control effect of 38%zhongshengmycin WP against rice blast.The results of the indoor toxicity test showed that there was a certain difference in the inhibitory rate between zhongshenmycin and kasugamycin against rice blast fungi.Compared with kasugamycin,the minimum inhibitory concentration of zhongshengmycin against rice blast fungi was lower than that of kasugamycin,but the inhibitory concentration was higher than that of kasugamycin.Therefore,it was recommended to use high concentration of zhongshengmycin to inhibit the rice blast fungi.The results of indoor efficacy test were consistent with those of indoor toxicity test.
