高职院校智慧财务技能人才培养策略探析——基于石家庄县域特色产业的视角

摘　　要：围绕石家庄县域特色产业的发展现状及规划,分析县域产业发展对智慧财务技能人才的需求特点,立足智慧财务技能人才需求,探析智慧财务技能人才的培养策略,从对接县域产业需求,重构人才培养目标、完善课程设计体系,对接专项技能能力、加强智慧财务师资团队培养,设计产教研评价体系三个方面为促进县域特色产业发展提供人才支撑。This paper focuses on the development and planning of county-level industries in Shiji-azhuang in relation to the curriculum of intelligent financial specialty and proper strategy of vocational edu-cation.The writer argues for talent support from meeting the needs of county industries,reconstructing talent training goals,improving curricula and strengthening smart financial teaching team.
