免烫门襟模板在服装缝制工艺中的应用

摘　　要：文章以衬衫门襟为例,根据门襟的缝制要求,设计免烫门襟模板并对其进行改善,将免烫门襟模板缝制与传统缝制过程进行对比分析,剖析了免烫门襟模板缝制的优势。实验结果表明,使用模板缝制操作简便、质量稳定、缩短工时,可有效提高生产效率。Taking the shirt placket as the research object,based on the sewing requirements of the placket,a non ironing placket template was designed and improved.The sewing process of the non ironing placket template was compared and analyzed with traditional sewing processes,and the advantages of the non ironing placket template sewing were analyzed.The experimental results showed that using the template sewing operation was simple,the quality was stable,and the working hours were shortened,effectively improving production efficiency.
