摘  要:精益管理是指引企业发展的科学管理体系,是促进基础管理、标准建立、流程优化、精益生产、系统联动、数字化运营的有效路径。随着精益管理的推行,沉淀和总结的精益十大工具分门别类,优势互补,突出问题导向,强化实战效果,其中改善课题因其操作简单、执行便捷、作用显著,被企业广而推之。改善课题具有解决迫切问题、明确实施步骤、取得成效显著、培育改善思路和锻炼成才队伍的优势特点。Lean management is a scientific management system that guides the development of enterprises,and is an effective path to promote basic management,standard establishment,process optimization,lean production,system linkage,and digital operation.With the implementation of lean management,the top ten tools for lean management have been categorized and summarized,with complementary advantages,highlighting problem orientation,and strengthening practical effectiveness.Among them,the improvement topic has been widely promoted by enterprises due to its simple operation,convenient execution,and significant impact.The improvement project has the advantages of solving urgent problems,clarifying implementation steps,achieving significant results,cultivating improvement ideas,and training the talent team.
