室内照明设计在阿尔茨海默症睡眠领域的进展与机遇

摘　　要：近年来,我国60周岁及以上老年人口总量将突破3亿,占比超过20%,其中阿尔茨海默病患者约1000万人,居全球之首。本文从室内照明设计的角度,梳理和分析国内外研究进程,并结合我国适老建筑的光环境设计,阿尔兹海默症患者(以下简称AD患者)的特征通过查阅论文,总结出适宜改善AD患者睡眠障碍的室内环境照明设计方案,并结合DIALux模拟室内灯光,进行照明方案再设计。预测未来有视觉障碍的AD患者是否可以接受光照辅助治疗,缓解睡眠障碍问题。In recent years,the total population number of Chinese aged sixty and above will exceed three hundred million,accounting for more than twenty percent,including about ten mllion people with Alzheimer's disease,ranking first in the world.This paper attempts from the perspective of architectural light environment and interior lighting design,systematically comb and analyze the research process at home and abroad,also combine with the light environment design of the aging buildings,according to the visual,psychological and physiological characteristics of AD patients to summarize the environmental light design scheme to improve the sleep disorder of AD patients.
