摘 要:随着LED照明技术日臻成熟,成本持续降低,质量不断提高,广泛应用于医疗建筑中。鉴于国内缺少评价医疗建筑照明的发绀观察指数标准化问题,本文分析临床观察的发绀发病机制,调研我国医疗建筑照明的显色性标准化现状,探讨照明产品的发绀观察指数测试方法,开展LED照明产品试验验证其方法,为医疗建筑照明的发绀观察指数评价提供参考依据,对促进医疗建筑照明的健康有序发展具有重要意义。With the increasing maturity of LED lighting technology,the cost continues to reduce,and the quality continues to improve,which is widely used in medical buildings.Given the lack of standardization to evaluate cyanosis observation index for medical building lighting,this paper analyzed the pathogenesis of cyanosis in clinical observation,investigated the current situation of color rendering standardization for medical building lighting in China,explored test method for cyanosis observation index of lighting product,and conducted LED lighting product test to verify its method,providing a reference for cyanosis observation index evaluation for medical building lighting.It is of great significance for promoting the healthy development of medical building lighting.
