摘 要:压力管理作为维护民警心理健康的重要议题,一直在民警个人管理中处于核心地位。随着新形势下民警压力源的复杂化,以“减压”为主的传统压力管理模式已逐渐不能满足当下民警的需求。为此,在“共压”理念下结合中国传统文化中的“和谐”思想,提出ERRR新型压力管理模型,利用外化、改写、资源取向介入、极化关系表达技术,在内平衡和外平衡维度上对民警进行主动干预,从而再次实现其身心和谐。As one of the most significant topics of maintaining mental health of police,stress management constantly serves as the main role of personal management of police.With the complication of police stressor in new circumstances,de-stress as a critical means in traditional stress management is gradually insufficient to satisfy the needs of police.The ERRR model based on the idea of co-stress contains four techniques,including externaliza⁃tion,reauthoring,the resource-oriented engaging,the representation of polarized relationships.This model exerts subjective intervention between stressor intra-equilibrium and stressor inter-equilibrium in order to achieve psycho-physical harmony.
