摘 要:近些年,现代农产品物流随着我国对“三农”问题的日益重视而不断发展。运输是农产品物流中的必要环节,文中提出城郊的农民和城市中的消费者间,在“C2B&O2O”共享模式背景下来优化农产品物流路径。在此可从消费者角度出发并利用大数据优势缩短农产品运输路程,使城乡间的物流路径得到优化。再通过对农产品配送过程中产生的固定成本、运输成本、制冷成本、损耗成本、惩罚成本的参数描述,构建带时间窗的物流配送成本模型。最后,以青海省为例,利用2000国家大地坐标系将高斯大地坐标转化为平面直角坐标系(X,Y)的方法,再应用蚁群算法对核心运输路径进行优化。研究结果表明,在创新背景下的优化模型可以大大减少农产品的非核心运输路径条数和核心运输路径中的距离公里数,达到路径优化的目的。In recent years,modern agricultural product logistics has continued to develop with China s increasing attention to the“agriculture,rural areas,famers”issues.Transportation is a necessary link in the logistics of agricultural products,and this paper proposes that farmers in the suburbs and consumers in the cities should optimize the logistics routes of agricultural products under the background of the sharing model of“C2B&O2O”.From the consumer s point of view,the advantages of big data can be used to shorten the transportation distance of agricultural products,so that the logistics route between urban and rural areas can be optimized.Then,by describing the parameters of fixed costs,transportation costs,refrigeration costs,loss costs and penalty costs incurred in the distribution process of agricultural products,a logistics distribution cost model with a time window is constructed.Finally,taking Qinghai Province as an example,the method of converting Gaussian geodetic coordinates into a plane Cartesian coordinate system(X,Y)in the 2000 national geodetic coordinate system is used,and then the ant colony algorithm is applied to optimize the core transportation path.The results show that the optimization model under the background of innovation can greatly reduce the number of non-core transportation routes of agricultural products and the number of distance kilometers in the core transportation path,so as to achieve the purpose of route optimization.
